Final Project – ESPM | Agaxtur Viagens

For my final graduation project, developed in a group, we conducted an in-depth analysis of Agaxtur Viagens, a traditional Brazilian travel agency.
The project included:
Brand diagnosis: history, marketing mix, customer perceptions, consumer journey, and sector analysis;
Challenge identification: key issues and barriers related to communication and positioning;
Strategic proposals: a plan to strengthen the brand message, enhance its connection with the target audience, and prioritize strategic segments;
Action Plan: including timeline, media plan, key messages, action roadmap, and investment analysis.
The project was concluded with a strategic overview of the brand and transformation projections based on the implementation of the proposed actions.
