In this section, you will explore my key activations, projects, and successful case studies developed throughout my professional career. Here, I highlight my professional journey — starting as a Marketing Intern and evolving into roles such as Marketing Analyst focused on Operations, Social Media, Inbound Marketing, and Email Marketing.
Axis Communications
My professional journey began at Axis Communications, where I started as a Marketing Intern. I have always had a highly multifaceted and multimedia profile, driven by dynamism and a high workload capacity. After six months, I was promoted to Marketing Analyst, focusing on Operations. In this role, I managed multiple tasks simultaneously, working under strict and challenging deadlines.
Within the scope of my work, I was responsible for creating and developing email marketing campaigns, inbound marketing strategies, landing pages, and case studies — with a special focus on the Basilica of Our Lady of Aparecida project. I also handled English and Spanish translations of marketing materials, worked with databases, managed and assigned leads to the sales team, produced institutional and branding recordings, organized events, coordinated with suppliers, created marketing and product presentations, performed proofreading, and developed visual marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, magazines, and newsletters.
In terms of tools, I used translation platforms such as Oryxs and Lionbridge. For other tasks, I worked with tools and software such as Canva, Adobe Suite (Audition, Premiere, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, among others. For CRM and content creation related to email marketing and social media, I worked with Salesforce and Pardot.

Serban Group
My second professional experience was as a Marketing Analyst focused on Social Media and Digital Marketing. I maintained a strong multimedia profile, focusing on the creation of marketing materials for social media — particularly LinkedIn — where I was responsible for managing the administrative profile of Serban Group. I also played a key role in interacting with clients and establishing engaging and assertive communication on LinkedIn, consistently responding to comments and helping define the company’s tone of voice and positioning.
Additionally, my responsibilities included creating and publishing email marketing campaigns, developing landing pages, organizing events, maintaining and improving the company’s website, and designing visual assets to promote the brand. The tools I used included HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Audition, Premiere), Canva, and WordPress.

Wisenetix
My most recent professional experience was also the most distinct and challenging. I worked as an SDR (Sales Development Representative), marking my first role in sales. It was a demanding yet highly rewarding experience. My main objective was to prospect leads through various communication channels, including email, cold calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and LinkedIn.
The goal was to establish meaningful and assertive communication with leads, identify points of connection and similarity, and ultimately schedule meetings for the Account Executives (AEs), known as Discovery Calls. The final objective was to ensure these calls were qualified by the AEs. This role required a high level of performance and innovation, with a strong focus on metrics and KPIs such as weekly activity volume and the number of scheduled and qualified meetings.
In terms of tools, I primarily worked with Slack, OpenPhone, Microsoft Outlook, and HubSpot.
